ONLINE COURSE - UPSIDE DOWN

Experiencing and recognizing feelings together, seeking help, setting boundaries, and standing up for yourself and your child.

Get back in touch with your child?

Take this accessible online introduction to psychomotor child therapy (PMT) together with your child(ren).

  • A course you take together with your child to get to know each other better regarding emotions and boundaries.

  • Videos and podcasts to listen to, and if you prefer reading, everything is also available in text form.

  • Handy paper tools to express your feelings and keep track of what is happening inside you.

  • Reflection questions to reflect on what you have learned after each module.

  • 5 modules with theory, but above all practical through fun, educational assignments done together.

Standing stronger together

Create a stronger bond with your child by learning together about essential topics for your mutual relationship, such as:

  • Getting to know each other's body language and 'sounds,' so you know which emotion is behind them.

  • Learning to respond tactfully to your child's emotions, so you help them regulate these.

  • Allowing your child to discover the possibilities for asking for help. You, in turn, learn to respect this.

  • Learning to feel where your boundaries lie through assignments.

  • Learning to indicate what your boundaries are in a constructive way, both physically and verbally.

  • Improve your mutual communication by finding words that describe your feelings.
